100'x200' Losberger for Private Event

Setting up a private event for 1,200 people in the middle of downtown Richmond is no easy task. But when our client started planning their event, they knew just who to call. So we loaded up our trucks with tents, flooring, tables, chairs, and linens, and jumped on 95 headed for Richmond Center Stage.

The first step is lining up and leveling the baseplates to make
sure everything else runs smooth.

As if the tent itself wasn't enough, we laid down over 20,000 sq. ft. of flooring along with numerous other catering and entrance tents. 

We made custom sidewall to allow the gable 15x20 connecter
to flow seamlessly into the Losberger

 When the client wanted A/C, we knew that Aggreko would have exactly what was needed to do the job

The Finished Product

We couldn't help ourselves from making our way to the
top of the building across the street for some prime pictures.
